Privacy & Refunds Policy
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.
How we use collected information
The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To personalize user experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.
- To send periodic emails
We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.
Third party websites
Student may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Student, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
Your acceptance of these terms
You are responsible to pay for the Million Dollar Shop® product in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card or other payment method.
If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent" and you will immediately lose all access to modules, bonuses, Facebook group (if applicable) rights, and your access to the site and all content will be revoked seven (7) days after your payment declines.
You will also not receive access to future and current curriculum, bonuses, modules, and Facebook groups (if applicable) of the program until all monies due are paid in full. Meaning, if you default on your payment plan and want back in, all monies become due in full before access will be granted again. Your current payment plan becomes null and void when your payment declines. No exceptions.
If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the company's sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.
Million Dollar Shop® is not a “pay in part” program where you can pay only for access to certain modules and not others. This is a full immersion program, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.
*Please note: our refunds policy is very clear, all buyers who create a Paypal/bank dispute for any other reason than legitimate fraudulent activity/processing error (not due to a customer error), will forfeit all rights to purchase, acquire anything for free, or access anything on this site, or any Sarah Titus, LLC sites, email lists, programs, or benefits.
Our standard procedure is that we block you from ever being able to purchase from us again, on all platforms, we remove you from our mailing list, and we block you from ever being able to access the Sarah Titus blog again. We take crime (trying to get out of paying for something you purchased) very seriously.
We are a small shop, but an honest one, and we require that same honesty from our customers as well.
Our commitment is to change people's lives and add as much value as we can. I'm on a mission to help every mom be able to stay home with her kids, regardless of her income.
With that said, we originally had a refunds policy in place, but had to close it because we were getting many scams. There is no longer any refund policy in place.
Please do not purchase unless you are sure you want this program.
Please do not enroll in Million Dollar Shop® if you just want to "check it out." We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into our programs, and we expect you to do the same. Million Dollar Shop® is for serious students only.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
